Lucca Olive Oil
The Sanger Vineyard & Olive Oil Farm has the only Lucca olive grove exclusively planted in the United States. Our olive oils are not infused like most, they’re pressed with garlic, basil, blood orange, lemon, truffle (harvested in Italy and France), cilantro, and jalapeno. We have 7 acres and 1400 olive trees planted in the beautiful Santa Ynez Valley.
Grown in our Lucca olive orchard in the Santa Ynez Valley, this 100% extra-virgin olive oil is intended as a finishing oil – drizzle it over meat, bread, vegetables, or pasta to give the dish that extra touch of Italianesque perfection.
The truffles used in our Truffle Olive Oil are harvested in France and Italy, making this truffle oil incredibly luxurious. Drizzle over gorgonzola-walnut bruschetta to impress a crowd, or incorporate into a truffle, mascarpone, and prosciutto risotto.

This is our classic aceto balsamico, aged 25 years in cask and imported from Modena, Italy. This has the weight and density of a 25 year-old balsamic, so we recommend putting a few drops on shaved Parmesan cheese, or drizzle on top of vanilla ice cream!
