2014 Estelle Bianco

Our 2014 vintage of the Estelle Bianco blend is a refreshing, crisp
white blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, and
Viognier. The aromas of pineapple, papaya, and subtle floral
jasmine scents lead you to a characteristic Rhone candied sugar
taste, with slight acid and tart pear. This balanced blend pairs well
with clams with prosciutto and thyme, or baked chicken with Thai
spices.
