2013 Was a great year for wine in the Santa Ynez Valley, and even more special on the La Presa Vineyard, which is where we sourced our Chardonnay grapes from for this vintage. While the vineyard gets great exposure to sun, the fog that rolls in overnight hangs over the vineyard well into the morning, and even the early afternoon on some days, leading to a long ripening season. This wine has held up very nicely, and retains all of the refreshing qualities of a light Chardonnay we all love to enjoy.
