Wine Profile
Tasting Notes
Once you open this beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon, you’re greeted with green olive, currants, mint, and cedar on the nose. The palate begins with mocha and dark cherry, while being nicely structured with balanced tannins along with a velvety finish. Although this wine is beautiful alone, it can also be perfectly paired with braised beef short ribs or roasted duck breast with pecan puree.
Vineyard Notes
Sanger Estate Vineyard is nestled in the eastern-most section of the Los Olivos District AVA, and is south facing. This orientation allows more direct sunlight, yielding grapes (and ultimately wine) with more full flavor and of higher caliber.
