The true King of The Reds. We don't need to tell you why so many of us enjoy a good Cabernet Sauvignon. Nuanced and elegant, this Cabernet offers delicate notes of black fruit, cola, hints of mocha, and a suggestion of mint

Softer and more delicate than our Paso and Napa counterparts, our Cabernet Sauvignon does not have the tannin or alcohol found in other regions. What this means for our wine is that we can achieve more complex flavors in our Cabernet without overpowering it with high alcohol, heavy new oak, and overly-intense tannins.

Vineyard Notes
Estelle Vineyard Fruit - Directly adjacent to the Sanger Estate, the Estelle Vineyard has exceptional heat and southern-facing slopes, offering exposure to more direct sunlight. Sanger Estate Fruit La Presa Vineyard Fruit - La Presa is home to some of the oldest surviving vines in the entire Santa Ynez region. Originally planted in the beginning of the 1970's these vines were planted directly into the ground without the use of graphing, making them exceptionally susceptible to disease and pests. The age of these vines is a testament to the time and care put into to managing this vineyard through the decades
