2019 Sanger Merlot

Following the release of Sideways back in 2006, most of the Merlot vines in Santa Ynez Valley were ripped from the ground and replaced with Pinot Noir. While we have had our Merlot planted since 2012, we have been using it mostly for blends and topping barrels. 2019 was an exceptional vintage, and we are so happy to release our first Merlot varietal wine to the public
