2021 Consilience Cabernet Sauvignon - Santa Barbara County

Hailing from the Sanger Estate Vineyard, our Sanger Estate Cabernet Sauvignon has hints of bell pepper, cherry, blackberry, and subtle spice on the nose. This is a beautifully smooth and approachable Cabernet Sauvignon with a velvety finish. Although this wine is beautiful alone, it can also be perfectly paired with St. Louis style ribs or filet mignon.
