2021 Consilience Petite Sirah - La Presa

Petite Sirah has been a staple of the Consilience wine portfolio for over two decades. Before we had the Sanger Estate Vineyard, The La Presa Vineyard was always a source for our Petite Sirah. Once submerged by the Santa Ynez River, this vineyard now thrives on sun-soaked slopes, courtesy of the 1953 Bradbury Dam up near local reservoir Lake Cachuma. The transformation of this landscape exposed mineral-rich substrates to abundant sunlight, imparting unparalleled depth to these grapes. Each sip reveals bold dark fruit flavors and earth notes this vineyard is known for.
