Our 2021 Purple Beast immediately greets you with blackberries, black tea, and light hints of blueberry on the nose, followed by dark cherries on the palate. This blend consists of 40% Petite Sirah, 25% Syrah, 25% Graciano, and 10% Zinfandel and while it has big chocolatey tannins, it’s extremely smooth with great structure making it a great wine to pair with food. Beef ribs at your summer BBQ would go perfectly with this Consilience fan favorite.
