2021 Consilience SBC Cabernet Sauvignon  – This beautiful Cabernet Sauvignon has cedar, green olive, subtle mint, dark fruit, and blackberry aromatics on the nose, with a fruit forward, medium bodied approachable palate. The dark cherry on the palate is full of depth, with a nicely balanced finish, making this a wonderful sipping wine that can be enjoyed alone or paired with lasagna or a classic Santa Maria style tri-tip dinner. 

Marianello Lucca Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Grown in our Lucca olive orchard in the Santa Ynez Valley, this 100% extra-virgin olive oil is intended as a finishing oil – drizzle it over meat, bread, vegetables, or pasta to give the dish that extra touch of Italianesque perfection.  

Marianello 25-Year Cask Balsamic Vinegar – This is our classic aceto balsamico, aged 25 years in cask and imported from Modena, Italy. This has the weight and density of a 25 year-old balsamic, so we recommend putting a few drops on shaved Parmesan cheese or even drizzle over vanilla ice cream (just trust us). Due to its intensity, a little goes a long way.
