A seven-month aging process in neutral oak barrels evokes a creamy texture in body and weight and soft honey notes on the mid-palate. But fear not! This white wine stays true to its Spanish style as a slightly tart, crisp wine that carries a mildly mineral finish.

Verdehlo is generally a dry, crisp white wine with tangy flavors of mango and citrus. It can be great on it's own, especially on a hot day, or accompanied with a light meal.
We sourced our 2011 Verdelho from the Estelle Vineyard in the Happy Canyon AVA, a warm climate area of the Santa Ynez Valley. This vineyard site is optimal for the Italian grape allowing full flavor development.
