Our 2014 Estelle Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon was aged for 20 months in 20% new oak barrels (10% French and 10% Hungarian) and 80% in older, neutral oak barrels (70% French and 10% American). You’re greeted with green olive, currants, mint, and cedar on the nose. The palate begins with mocha and dark cherry, while being nicely structured with balanced tannins along with a velvety finish. Although this wine is beautiful alone, it can also be perfectly paired with braised beef short ribs or roasted duck breast with pecan puree.
