Centellinare means "to sip and savor" which is exactly what you want to do while enjoying this beauty comprised of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, 10% Sangiovese, 5% Petit Verdot, and 5% Malbec. You are greeted with black cherry, black licorice, and blueberries on the nose, which takes you to a beautiful fruit forward palate with grippy tannins from the influence of the Sangiovese. This blend pairs perfectly with lasagna or a perfectly seared filet mignon.
