2021 Consilience Sauvignon Blanc - Santa Barbara County
In Stock
Our first vintage of Consilience Sauvignon Blanc immediately greets you with honeydew, orange blossom, and melon on the nose. A balanced, refreshing, and rich palate makes this the perfect wine
Sauvignon Blanc has been planted on the Sanger Estate Vineyard since its creation in 2011, and has been a staple for our Estelle Bianco white wine blend. Expanding our portfolio to include a Sauvignon Blanc varietal wine was only natural as we continue to roll out our other Red Bordeaux varietal wines, such as Cab Franc and Petite Virdot
